Açaí Bowl with Figs & Coconut Flakes

Instructions:

  1. Add açaí, dates, 1 fig and coconut water into a blender, and blend until thick and consistent. 
  2. Scoop into a bowl and top with fig and coconut flakes.


Note: For easier blending, try breaking the açaí pack into chunks inside the pack before opening and then add to the blender.
