Plant-Based Protein Acai Smoothie

Seeking ideas to increase protein in a more sustainable way, here is our PRO TIP: add plant-based yogurt. Of course, with an Acai kick!

1 pack of Amafruits Pure & Unsweetened or Traditional açaí berry purée (frozen)
1/2 cup of Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
4 strawberries
1 banana
4-6 oz nut milk, water, or liquid of choice

Toppings used: Fresh strawberry and bee-pollen

Blend all ingredients until desired consistency. For thick smoothies, start with less liquid. For thin smoothies, add more liquid. Top with desired toppings and try not to gulp it down in 1 minute. YES, it’s that good!

Note: For easier blending, try breaking the acai pack into chunks inside the pack before opening and then add to the blender.
