Chicken strips with Açaí

Your chicken is going to taste so good with this sauce that you'll immediately put it on your "A" list.

- ½ lb of chicken strips seasoned to taste
- 1 egg
- Sesame seed for coating
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 3 packs of Amafruits Pure açaí (thaw for 30-45 min)
- Salt to taste
- dried basil and parsley

For the seasoned chicken strips, lightly beat an egg and coat the stips, then coat with the sesame seeds. Once coated, place them in a baking pan greased with olive oil and bake in a medium oven, until turning golden brown. For the sauce, heat the butter in a frying pan, add the cornstarch and stir well until completely dissolved and smooth. Then, gradually add the açaí and salt to taste. Be careful not to let the sauce come to a boil. Finally, add the herbs. Ideal is an aromatic, thick sauce.

The açaí sauce can be dripped over the chicken or used as a dipping sauce.
