Acai Parfait

Easy to layer this acai parfait has a rich taste and color

- 2 packs of acai pulp (thaw for 30-45 min)
- 1/2 banana
- 8 strawberry diced (fresh)
- 2 or 3 oz of coconut milk (any milk, juice or water)
- 1/2 cup granola
- 1 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt

Preparation:
Blend thick the acai, banana and 3 oz coconut milk and set aside. Start to layer up, Greek yogurt, acai, strawberry and granola, repeat and serve. Enjoy!
