Original Açaí Bowl

Get your energy levels up with this nutritionally packed bowl, or replenish your body after a hard day of work.

 

Ingredients:

 

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients to an even consistency.
  2. Serve in a bowl topped with sliced banana and granola (or other toppings)

 

Note: For easier blending, try breaking the acaí pack into chunks inside the pack before opening and then add to the blender. A little extra liquid may be added also for a lighter consistency if desired.

 

Topping Suggestions:

Granola, cereal, flax seeds, sesame seeds, fine ground peanut, ground walnuts, sliced almonds, dried cranberries, raisins, and shredded coconut.
