Açaí Bowl with Raspberries



Ingredients
3 packs of Amafruits açaí purée (frozen)
1/2 cup of raspberries
3 oz apple juice (or water)
1 tbsp honey (optional)
1/4 cup granola

Instructions
Add acai, 1/4 cup berries and juice into a blender, then blend to a thick consistency. Scoop into serving bowls and top with granola and the remain berries.

Note: For easier blending, try breaking the acai pack into chunks inside the pack before opening and then add to the blender. A little extra liquid may be added also, if necessary.
