Açaí Bowl with Figs & Coconut Flakes

A healthy choice to enhance your immunity and give you the nutrition to provide a long-lasting energy.

2 packs of Amafruits açaí purée (frozen)
2 large pitted Mejdool dates
3 oz coconut water or water
2 small figs
1 handful of coconut flakes

Add açaí, dates, 1 fig and water into a blender, then blend to a thick consistency. Scoop into a bowl and top with fig and coconut flakes.

Note: For easier blending, try breaking the açaí pack into chunks inside the pack before opening and then add to the blender. A little extra liquid may be added also, if necessary.
