Açaí Cake

Who knew açaí could taste so delectable in a cake.

Yields:
12 servings

Ingredients:
- 2 packs of Amafruits Pure açaí purée(thaw for 30-45 min)
- 2 sticks of butter
- 2 cups of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups of flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- A pinch of salt

Preparation:
In a bowl, add the butter, sugar, egg yolks and mix until creamy. Then, add the açaí and beat well. Finally, add the flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt as you mix everything together gently adding the egg whites.
Bake in the oven at 325ºF in a greased and floured Bundt pan for approximately 35-40 minutes.
