Açaí Bowl with Frozen Berries & Soy Milk

An acai bowl with a little creamy sweetness added.

Ingredients
2 packs of Amafruits açaí purée (frozen)
1/2 cup of frozen berries
1/4 cup of soy milk
1 banana
1/4 cup granola

Instructions
Add acai, water and berries into a blender, then blend to a thick consistency. Scoop into a bowl and top with granola and sliced bananas.

Note: For easier blending, try breaking the acai pack into chunks inside the pack before opening and then add to the blender. A little extra liquid may be added also, if necessary.
