2 packs of pure açaí purée (frozen)
2-3 pitted dates
3 oz coconut water or milk
2 tbsp of hulled hemp seeds
2 tbsp of coconut flakes
Add pure acai, dates , 1/2 banana and water into a blender, then blend to a thick consistency. Scoop into a bowl and top with the remain banana, hemp seeds and coconut flakes.
Note: For easier blending, try breaking the acai pack into chunks inside the pack before opening and then add to the blender. A little extra liquid may be added also, if necessary.
